Ridgway Services First Aid | Safety Training was established by Sharon Ridgway after combining two passions - First Aid and Training.
Currently, as well as a First Aid Trainer, Covid and Flu vaccinator, Sharon is a Unit Medic, working on film and TV sets at Pinewood, Longcross and Shepperton Studios, and several other filming locations throughout the South East. She is also an emergency first responder covering large live sporting events such as the Royal Windsor Horse Show, and a wide variety of other national events.
Here at Ridgway Services our team of trainers are highly experienced individuals with years of training experience and come from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds including frontline ambulance, military, airline and emergency response.
Understanding exactly what is required of a First Aider, Sharon and her team focus on engaging learners by delivering first aid training in clear and non-technical language, in a fun and interactive way.
Ridgway Services First Aid | Safety Training are committed to provide high quality First Aid courses, all being OFQUAL accredited through FAA and regulated in accordance with current HSE guidelines.
We offer courses at our comfortable, convenient training locations near to your premises, or, we're happy to travel to your own premises.
If you have a group of people who require training we are more than happy to deliver our courses to suit you at your organisation's premises. Alternatively, both of our venues can be made available for training your group.
Our training rooms are located in the villages of Windlesham, Surrey and Sunningdale, Berkshire. Both venues have plenty of on-site parking and are located just off junction 3 of the M3.

We understand the constraints of workplace commitments and everyday life. That is why we are happy to make our courses available at times and venues that are convenient to you.
For example:
The EFAW course (6 hours) and the FAW course (18 hours) can be split into shorter sessions for groups of personnel and phased over a period of time not exceeding 3 weeks. We would be happy to come to your premises at any time, out of hours, for your workforce's convenience.
First Aid training is a mandatory requirement for your workforce and we are fully aware that compliance could disrupt your working day. That's why we are flexible and could even deliver training in the middle of the night for your nightshift personnel!
We also do blended learning which will shorten the length of time required to be spent in the classroom.
